Everyone should be able to use this website.

Our patients include people who are blind or have low vision, people who cannot use a mouse, and people who use screen readers, magnification, or voice control. This website is built to work for them, not just for people browsing on a laptop.

What we aim for

We work to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the international standard for web accessibility. In practice that means:

• Text and background colors have enough contrast to be read comfortably.
• Every part of the site can be reached and used with a keyboard alone, and you can always see where you are on the page.
• Images carry text descriptions, so a screen reader can describe them.
• Headings and landmarks are marked up properly, so the page can be navigated by structure rather than by scrolling.
• The page still works when text is enlarged up to 400%.
• Animation is reduced automatically if your device is set to prefer reduced motion.

How we check

This site was last tested on 11 August 2026, using color contrast analysis, an automated audit of the rendered page, a full keyboard walkthrough, testing at 400% zoom, and a screen reader pass using NVDA. Issues found in that round were corrected the same day.

We test again whenever we add or substantially change a page.

Known limitations

Two parts of this site are not fully under our control:

• The embedded map is provided by Google. We have labeled it, but its internal behavior is Google's. The address is written out in text on the page, so you never need the map to find us.
• Links to Google and Yelp take you to those companies' websites, which we do not control.
